PURCHASING INFORMATION

The giclees and Limited Editions can be ordered online via PayPal.com. If you wish to make other arrangements for payment, please contact the artist.

Original paintings can be purchased online via PayPal.com. If you wish to make other arrangements for payment for original artwork,  please, contact the artist.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs Fees are not calculated into the shipping charges quoted on this web site. Payment of customs fees will be the responsibilty of the purchaser, and will be due upon delivery of the artwork. International orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service, insured for the full purchase price. Please contact the artist for an estimate of shipping charges.

Because custom charges can be quite high, please, take into account these extra charges when considering making a purchase of original art work or art prints!

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

Giclees and Limited Editions- Giclees  on Canvas are shipped (rolled), in a hard mailing tube, Signature confirmation required. All giclees are insured for the full purchase price. Each giclee is wrapped in acid-free glassine paper to protect the surface of your giclee from damage during packing, shipping, and can be used for safe storage of the giclee until it is framed. There is a flat rate charge for shipping and handling of $25.00.

Original Artwork - Unless other arrangements are made, original artwork will be shipped via US Priority Mail, insured for the full purchase price.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! You can return the artwork and get a refund on the purchase price. If the artwork is not what you had anticipated, contact me by e-mail. We will make arrangements with you to return the artwork. Our Policies are:

RETURN POLICY

Our Gallery will accept returns under certain conditions:

1.  If it is returned within two weeks from date of purchase (only for non original artwork, see bellow for more information on Original artwork return*.)

2.  If it is in sellable condition.

3.  If it was a mistake made on our part.

4.  If you do not like the product you ordered, you will be refunded the merchandise total but not the shipping,  handling and insurance charges–and you will be responsible for the shipping to return the item(s) back to us. The artwork should be packed properly and returned in the original shipping packaging. We will not refund until we have the artwork back in good conditions.

5. Any damage claims not made at the time of receipt will not be honored and the work may not be accepted for return. All returned works must be insured for the full purchase price. No refund will be made for any work not fully insured that is damaged or lost in transit. Return of the artworks for a refund is your sole and exclusive remedy. You waive the rights to any other damages or claims.

 *Original Artwork: Must be insured for the full purchase price. The customer will be responsible for return shipping (priority overnight) and insurance charges. We will not refund until we have the artwork back in good conditions. Due to the nature of unique original works, our return policy is designed to protect ourselves and our customers. Our return policy is limited to two days on these original pieces in order to stop unlicensed copying of these items and to protect ourselves from accepting back duplicated pieces. We feel that 48 hours is a fair time to make a decision.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

If the package containing the painting appears to be seriously damaged upon its arrival, PLEASE, REFUSE THE DELIVERY UNOPENED and Contact us at 305-969 2884, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 9 PM, EST, or send me an e-mail at fineartsweb@bellsouth.net to advise me that the shipment arrived damaged. If, however, you open the package and find the painting damaged, please contact the shipping service who will advise you on your options. Do not discard the original packaging.

Please note that, unless reported immediately upon receipt, damaged paintings will not be accepted for return. Please, take a photo of package conditions before opening the package if you suspect that the painting inside might be damaged or if you notice that the package have been broken or mistreated (for insurance purposes).

Any artworks which are received damaged must be reported to us and the carrier at the time they are received.

Do not refuse delivery for minor damage of the container. If a package is damaged, check the contents for damage before refusing delivery. If damage to the package appears to be minor, we recommend accepting the shipment after making note of damages on the delivery receipt.

 

Our Gallery will accept responsibility for damaged product if there was damage done while shipping and if certain conditions are followed:

1.  DO NOT throw away the original box and contents. The Shipper will need everything that was shipped to you.
2.  After we are contacted–we will also contact the Shipper and they will come back to your residence for a pick up. Once again–they MUST have all original contents and it must be taped back up and ready for pickup.

3.  Contact Us as soon as the merchandise arrives. If it is a gift, PLEASE open the box to make sure it was not damaged, and let us know if it is. No merchandise will be accepted for return after a 2 weeks period. Our phone number is (305) 969-2884. Ask to talk directly to Maria Cabrera-Macias.

4.  We will ship you another item to replace the damaged one as soon as all paperwork is in order.

5. Damaged Original Artwork cannot be replaced. Original Artwork MUST be insured for the full purchase price.

 

International Orders.

Additional to all of the above, the Artwork must be returned to us undamaged within 10 days of receipt of the art work. The artwork should be packed properly and returned in the original shipping packaging. The art work should be insured for the full purchase price. The customer will be responsible for return customs, shipping and insurance charges. Because custom charges can be quite high, please factor in these extra charges when considering making a purchase of original art work or giclees!
